STREAMING APP
SHIPPED
Victory+ Streaming App
Victory+ is a live sports streaming platform built on a multi-brand design system that also powers Kidoodle.TV and Dude Perfect, serving 50M+ combined MAU across mobile, CTV, and web.
As Senior Product Designer, I led the design system behind Victory+, built as a single token architecture and component contract that scaled to power Kidoodle.TV and Dude Perfect. A change made once propagates correctly across every brand and platform.
Responsibilities
Build one streaming platform and design system across three brands to
One source of truth across three brands, no loss of identity
Cross-platform conventions native to iOS and Android, extended to CTV, respecting each OS while staying one coherent system.
Cut design-to-dev friction to ship faster and on-spec
Current Results
Design systems: Built Victory+ on a layered token architecture, with platform conventions codified per OS (Apple HIG, Material Design), that scaled to power Kidoodle.TV and Dude Perfect, serving 50M+ combined MAU.
AI-augmented prototyping: The design system doubles as a codified contract that engineers and AI build against, generating on-spec prototypes in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose that pressure-test flows before engineering commits.
Cross-functional work: Aligned iOS and Android engineering with PMs across all three brands on one component contract, cutting one-off implementations and speeding delivery.
One Foundation, Three Systems
One Foundations layer holds the shared primitives. Each device, mobile, web, and Connected TV, resolves its own semantic tokens from that base, with platform-native type, motion, and interaction rules. Coherent across every screen, without flattening what makes each device distinct.

Launch straight into the hero carousel, then watch a live game collapse into the Victory Island, a Dynamic Island-style view that expands from a single score into a full live feed of stats, riding native iOS Liquid Glass transitions. Real SwiftUI running against the design system, built to behave exactly as specced.
On the big screen, the hero carousel leads, snap-scrolling live and upcoming events with a fading progress pill the way Apple TV and Netflix do. After five seconds of inactivity, it shifts to autoplay, surfacing a recommended VOD on a countdown. Tuned for a remote in your hand, not a thumb on glass.
Evolving the Process
As these tools mature, I'll keep expanding this section with new approaches and what I learn along the way.
